Welcome to the website of the 4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference, May 31/June 1, 2012 !
HEC Paris and Université Paris-Dauphine are organizing the 4th Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference under the sponsorship of FBF, the French Banking Association. The conference will be held on May 31-June 1, 2012 in downtown Paris.

The conference is again co-sponsored by the Review of Financial Studies under its Dual Review system. The RFS Sponsoring Editor is Andrew Karolyi.
Organizaton Committee: Edith Ginglinger, Ulrich Hege, Bill Megginson (co-chairs), Gilles Chemla, François Derrien, and Andrew Karolyi.
We received more than 300 submissions following our call for papers (pdf) that solicited papers, both theoretical and empirical, from a wide range of topics in corporate finance. The paper selection process was extremely selective with an acceptance rate of 4%.
