 FBF Chair in Corporate Finance .

The FBF Chair in Corporate Finance brings together the research activities in Corporate Finance at HEC Paris and at Université Paris-Dauphine.  FBF Chair in Corporate Finance is one of  five FBF Chairs  created by and sponsored by the FBF, la Fédération Bancaire Française.  

The FBF Chair in Corporate Finance  is known for its research production, its conferences and workshops, in particular the  Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference,  organized by Paris-Dauphine and HEC Paris, and co-sponsored by The Review of Financial Studies. 

The tabs on the left provide access to our working papers, publications, conférences, workshops, Ph.D. training programs etc.

Due to funding issues, the Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference will not be held in 2013.
